Arrival of the Snow

It was fine in the morning then around lunch time it started fluttering and bitter cold wind. Not much lying here but just up the road north is pretty bad. These snowplough drivers patrolling and clearing /geitting the A9 are Kings of the road. Big thanks to all of them. Way back in the 60s our neighbour Wattie McLean was a snowplough driver and the bonus was we had our road cleared cos otherwise it would just be the main roads and bus routes. There was always snow in winter back then.

I didn’t go out in the afternoon I was going to go a walk but ohhhh the cold wind and snow , I said no to myself.

Booked our hotel in Barcelona. Just going back to the one Ben and I stayed in. The temps for there look pretty dam fine for next week. Sunshine and some heat. Planning a few day trips by train. Monseratt and Girona seem interesting, there are easy day trips by train from the city.

More crochet, more Yellowstone. Although I watched an episode of A Place in the Sun as it was from one of our favourite areas in Greece, the Peloponnese. I was so envious of the house they bought, in the area of stunning beauty.
