You know how people used to say that there was a cure for the common cold but Boots had it locked away in a safe because they made so much money from selling tissues and Lemsip and stuff?

Well, I have a similar theory that there is a type of slow-growing grass, that discourages moss and respects borders, and I think that B&Q have it.

Thus it is their fault that my garden looks like you might find David Attenborough whispering to himself in one corner and a camera crew from Channel 5 looking for Britain's Big Cats in another. However, the weather meant that we braved any lost tribes and Triffids to sit in the sun and sip our drinks. And not for the first time I wished that lived somewhere with proper seasons!
