Recovering well

Sorry for subjecting you to a picture of my knee - but it is recovering well after the frostbite incident in May "frostbite" - chiro is also doing some work on it - hence the bruises - to try and fix the original problem before I made it a whole lot worse with the unfortunate "icing" incident
