Cocky tucker

Each year our walnut tree produces what promises to be a great crop only to be completely decimated by my favourite Australian native bird (NOT), the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo. We’ve tried the traditional methods of preserving the walnuts (netting and coarse language) to little effect.
No matter, it’s still a lovely looking tree until the white marauders arrive.
