Such a constructive day today-it's been a while!

Started off with a 5k run with the dog first thing, then we all went to library to get a new batch of bedtime stories. Upon our return I finally finished sanding the 2 remaining landing walls, painted s few colour swatches on the wall, hoovered the whole house, polished the whole house, baked a bread loaf and bleached the kitchen floor. Rock and indeed roll.

To finish my hectic day I conjured up this feast for the 6 of consisting of a mega mix of sausages, lemon roasted spuds, my freshly baked bread, apples, eggs, rocket, my new favourite tomato salad, grapes, olives, garlic mushrooms, and lemon and chilli courgettes. A delicious ending to an extremely productive day!
