Enjoying the winter sun

Did a few bits in the garden first thing then went for a nice walk. I went a bit further today than I have for some time and really enjoyed it.
After lunch we went into Cambridge and cleared the perishable stuff out of BILs fridge. We then went to visit him in hospital we think he is free of covid now and was sitting in his chair but he looked very poorly and they think he could have a chest infection. They won't know till the blood tests come back we will phone tomorrow.
The horse in my picture is in a paddock on my walk it's been in one further from the footpath for a few weeks so its nice to see it again
