Sunrise across the roof tops

This was the sight that greeted me when I got up and opened the blinds of our side bedroom window this morning. It was a beautiful-looking day, blue skies and sunshine, but sooo cold, 10 F ( -12 C) when we left for church at 8.30, and it didn’t warm up a whole lot during the day, despite the sun! We had a good morning at church, with more singers in the choir this morning, though on the other hand, the Praise Band were missing 3 of their six usual members, due to illness - there’s a lot of colds, Covid, respiratory illnesses going about at present.
In the afternoon, we had a phone call with Peter and Judy, and then Roger went off to the gym, but I decided to stay home in the warm!
