Success!

It was a case of "If at first you don't succeed" this morning when I struggled for ages to thread a needle in order to sew on a button that had come off my pyjama top.

Got there eventually! 

Another success was the big pot of parsnip-and-parmesan soup that'll do several lunches, as well as some for the freezer.
