Layers of heaven!

I made this as a sample for valentines bakes for my business but mainly as pudding for Mums visit!

It’s white chocolate and raspberry millionaire shortbread.

The base is short bread with white chocolate chips and freeze dried raspberries, topped with a layer of caramel and then a layer of white chocolate and more freeze dried raspberries!

The tartness of the raspberries ensures it wasn’t sweet or sickly and I’m with mum it was the best millionaire’s shortbread I’ve ever had!
