Lunch in the Dales

The decorator is moving on to the dining room next week so this morning we cleared it all out.  I have a metal stand in there which holds just over 100 CD's.  When removing a cable to one of the speakers I hadn't realised that the cable ran beneath the feet of the CD stand.  Isn't it funny how watching over 100 CD's fall out of the rack and across the floor appears to happen in slow motion but there's nothing you can do to stop it?

At lunchtime we met up with Bom, GracieG and Gracie's husband M for Sunday lunch at the Dales Country House Hotel.  A lovely lunch in good company; we really enjoyed it.  This Griffin(?) was one of two guarding the entrance to the hotel.
