A trip to Longshaw Estate in the Peak District. A tough heathery course which didn’t agree with my knee. On the way home called in to see youngest son Tom and his partner Beth. Stevie their dog was very pleased to see me. Lots of wagging of his tail. Thomas will be 30 on the 20th so good to see him close to his birthday.

This farm sits on a hill just before Malton. I have been passing by for over 30 years. When they grow oil seed Rape in the field there is a lovely swathe of yellow.
