First Salisbury Crag run.

Worked from home today so I could have a bit of a lie in after my birthday yesterday. Took the dogs out for a walk while J went of a swim. Tired tonight so drove down to the Cani sport run. There were only 3 off us for the first run of the year, which soon went down to 2 when someone went over on her ankle near the start. Walked her back to the car park and then carried on the rest of the run. It was hard work but at least it was clear, even if it was cold.
