Empty Shoes

After being told that he had aggressive liver cancer and only weeks to live by his oncologist on Monday afternoon, Nick’s brother-in-law, A’s condition deteriorated rapidly during the week, and sadly he passed away this morning.
Nick went up to Cheshire to stay with his sister, and along with their two sons they were all able to say goodbye to A whilst he was still conscious.
Whilst the speed of it all has been a terrible shock for us all, we are thankful that he wasn’t suffering for too long.
