A gift for the year

Every other week, a floral arrangement arrives. 

Meanwhile, ice , wind and snow have wreaked havoc in the area. With weeks of rain and now ice/snow, trees have fallen on power lines, houses, cars. 
My mother in law’s house had a tree limb knock the power out on Friday evening.  As of today-Sunday-PGE has not arrived to fix the line.
