Walked the dogs & loaded them into the car that was already packed for our trip to York. The drive started badly with 2 accidents causing delays but once we got on the motorways it went smoothly. Only managed an hours visit to M-I-L before heading to her home to unpack, feed the dogs & shower. Had dinner with J&S- we compared information from the hospital & social care staff with what M-I-L tells us. She doesn’t get things in context & but that’s sadly part of the aging process. It was good to see them face to face to discuss the concerns we have. We are all expecting the same outcome on her discharge but she’s not going to like it.
