Silly Saturday: Santa's Sleigh

An obvious difference here in Toronto, compared with back home, is that Christmas decorations seem to stay up much longer. (We noticed this last year too when we were over here at a similar time.) Is that silly or not? After all some folks reckon that the Christmas season lasts all the way to Candlemass in early February so maybe it's not silly at all.

As you can see we had some snow yesterday evening - quite a lot more than you see here as it was followed by some overnight rain. So it seemed reasonable to photograph this Santa sleigh in a garden not far from our son's house. It turned out to be a bit of a silly idea as the cluttered background made it almost impossible to get a good photo but at least it gives some idea of what it's like - and as it's the only suitable photo I took today, and it's late now, it'll have to do for today's blip!
