Emu

We have had emus in the front paddock every day this year so far. This seems to be the print of one of the smaller ones.
Today I managed to stand up from a yoga block with no hands!! Sit to stand from the floor has been a long term goal of mine that I’ve never managed. This year I’m hoping to achieve it!! This is the beginning.
