Greenfield Valley Parkrun

SATURDAY

I just managed to wake up in time to get my act together for this morning's Parkrun. 

I decided to drive over to Holywell for the Greenfield Valley event. It's the second time I have done this one which is basically 2.5 km downhill and then a 2.5 km uphill slog to the finish.

I managed to shave a few second off my previous time and finished today in 31st place with a time of  29:27.
