A Coll summer
After a damp start the weather performed a u-turn and ended up sunny, calm and even quite warm.
I headed to the east end of the island and walked the last few hundred meters by foot to this beautiful bay backed by dunes. It had views back to Mull and the mainland and also north towards Rum, all still clothed in rain clouds. I had my packed lunch here and snoozed a while. A typical Coll day, where not much happens !
Now it's time for a well-earned meal of Scottish seafood at the Coll Hotel here in Arinagour.
