Drying in the Sun

Mixed weather today some sun and one very heavy shower. After the rain stopped I noticed a blackbird sitting on the wall with his tail feathers spread out sunning himself dry; and then I saw this young thrush, which has been coming to the bird table, with all the feathers spread out in the sun.
