End of the Beach Day, Copacabana

We both worked most of the day. For me, there was a slow dribbling of tests coming in off and on all day and I chipped away at them. Not as satisfying or as productive as being able to grab a decent batch of tests and working steadily through them, but it all adds up and will mean I don’t have to cram in my minimum hours at the end of the month and most likely do extra.

We had a decent walk along towards the Fort/Ipanema end of Copacabana and then all the way back again to go to Viva Flor, our favourite chicken place. Just under 10,000 steps and only possible at this time of the day and rather slowly! Our steps are way down this month. It’s just been too hot most of the time. Nice to see Lucien still working in Viva Flor - see Bb’s extras.

I took my blips when we had a stop in one of the beach front places and there are a couple of street shops in extra too - difficult to choose today! January is the big holiday month for Brazilians and it’s also the lead up to carnaval - it feels like it!
