Our 2nd home in Hastings

Today we visited James' grandparents in Hastings and, as it was the first house we shared together (in a tiny double bedroom, but who cares when you're in love), it always feels like home.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch, wonderful company (his nan and grandad are both marvellous people) and talked about the 'old days' (4 years ago nearly) when we 1st got together, fell in love and I moved my whole life from Hither Green to Hastings!

It was a shame it was only for a few hours today and we didn't get to have our usual (many) glasses of wine, but we'll be back soon. My blip doesn't really show half the view I wanted, but it's a hilltop house looking over the whole of Hastings and I adore it there x
