Trouble at'mill
A couple or more protests over the last few days Europe wide.
Here in Germany, farmers are protesting over cuts in subsides and increasing bureaucracy and costs, amongst other issues.
Train drivers protested for three days this week. The request for the reduction in weekly working hours without loss of pay was one of the 35 demands raised.
Today the HGV drivers had their say, converging on the Theresienwiese in Munich, protesting over government levies on CO2 production, again along with other issues. Apparently 3500 people took part in today’s protest involving about 2000 assorted vehicles. These included HGVs, farm tractors and crane units from all parts of Bavaria.
