I don't usually post my dinner photos, but today is a landmark dinner. After 120 hours (5 day) water fast, this food was an absolute feast. 

Huge gratitude for the food on my plate today. 

Day 5 was really intense, but I got through it. feeling super energised now and the mental clarity is fantastic. 

Next biggie will be a 10 day I hope
