Cheese

An uninspiring first entry I know, but I’ve only just opened the account and this is one of the few photos that I’ve taken today. I did so to send it to my grandson. It’s a cheese that we discovered for the first time at Christmas and he wanted a reminder of the name. We eat cheese every day at lunch, one soft, one hard and always a Stilton. I’ll try to post a more interesting photo tomorrow as I begin to develop this journal.
