A house just down the road from Finkins has regular displays in its windows, usually with a nautical theme. Today there were lots of bunches of dried flowers that look as if they have been curated naturally.

Home to make a cake for tomorrow's Come and Sing hosted by Charnwood Voices. I chose a recipe by Nigella for a chocolate cake that uses light olive oil rather than butter. It worked.
