Mahonia Flowers

I do love the tough spiny leafed evergreen shrub with it's bright yellow clusters of fragrant flowers at this time of the year.
This shrub was here when we bought our place (over thirty five years ago) and is still flowering away every winter although I do prune it down hard when I feel the urge!
