Right,

Today's enthusiasms : Underwater World, Butterfly and Insect World, Fort Siloso,Mt Faber and Sunshine.  32 degrees... I'm loving it.

Today's Poo Pants Moments :  Cable Cars.  Nobody said ANYTHING about having to go the 15th floor of the Harbour Building in a glass elevator...  And I did it TWICE.  Cable runs from the Harbourfront to Sentosa and Harbourfront to Mt Faber....  Jeez, the feeling when that little cabin swung out from the terminal and had me 160 ft above the Singapore Strait - I could feel the presence of Ganesh, bless him.

Underwater World have a touch pool where you can stroke sting rays.  Went a bit pro Steve Irwin there and didn't.  Saw massive turtles, sharks, the most amazing fish which was called the-fish-peter-can't-remember-the-name-of, man, all sorts of pretty groovy stuff.  A million miles away from Kelly Tarleton's in Auckland.

Other than that Sentosa is a disappointment, it's effectively a money trapping place and it's full of tat as far as I could see.  But I wasn't there for that.

And tonight is Ladies Night at all the clubs again.  So I'll ignore it again and go off to find some ChickenRice somewhere good.

It feels like I've been away for a long time, but I bet that goes quickly next Tuesday...

Oh and sunrise in the Botanics was mental. I thought it would be nice and quiet, was it buggery.  Busier than at any other time I've seen it.  hundreds of people out doing Tai Chi, power walkers, joggers and one rather sweaty Scotsman drinking water like nobody's business.  (I'm drinking about three litres during the day and 2 at night, I pee like a horse (and not standing up in a field)).

You're in my thoughts and send me the rain, won't notice a couple more inches  (various parts of Singapore had over a foot of rain at the weekend and Jofor which is about 20 miles away, had 110,000 people made homeless by the flooding).  There are times when it's good to be on the 10th Floor.

Be good to yourself.
