First snowdrop 2024

Here's my first snowdrop of 2024, spotted in George V park today.

Wednesdays are back to normal again after the Christmas and New Year holidays. It was great to see my friends at aquafit and strength training classes this morning.

This afternoon I took delivery of a hard copy of Marina's full draft PhD thesis when Bruce called in for a cup of tea. Reading this tome will keep me busy for a while.

We stayed up late to watch the first of this week's episodes of The traitors - so exciting!

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; aquafit class; swim (20 lengths); strength training; walking (13,197 steps).
