She dirty

After many months of bike ogling I bought a new bike yesterday. Today we took on Bike Bath 60 miles it was fab.

oddly I still had to peddle going up the hills, i still sweated buckets and my legs still ached afterwards but I loved it.

I'm going to share my bike buying experience for the amusement of family

I set off with certain criteria - carbon frame, 105 groupset or equivalent, under a set price etc when I got to the shop I stuck roughly to this but the clincher, the deal breaker - not cost, not spec

At this point i'll recount bike riding with my brother in law last summer in the south of France, as we ate up my miles I became envious of the noise his bike made - it sounded just like when i was a young and i clipped a playing card with a peg to my spokes.
