Drying Time

Trying out the pasta attachment for the Kitchenaid Mixer. It’s definitely easier to use than the old hand crank version, but the noodles are a tad thicker than I prefer. It did make for a good quick dinner with some meatballs and sauce from the freezer. The sun was out all day, meaning it was a good work day: picking kiwis, stacking firewood on the porch, laundry. I think there was something else, but I’m too tired to remember. It’s cold. Low of 34 today. I keep meaning to cover the citrus trees, but I haven’t done it yet. I hope they’ll be okay, although I’m not sure that good intentions is enough.
