Bunny Big Word

... was a character in videos our kids used to watch, who would pop up to explain difficult words. 

Holonomy was my big word today, a mathematical term, which is also used in coaching. It comes from the Greek word 'holos', meaning whole, and 'on', meaning part, plus 'omy', meaning the study of something. So, in coaching, it's basically the study of how to integrate our seemingly opposing needs for personal autonomy and for belonging to something bigger than ourselves - working out how to balance the part with the whole.

That's me trying to understand it by writing it out here!

Gratefuls:

- getting a wash done inbetween two long Zooms, as well as making a good lunch with yesterday's asparagus
