Bannock

My dad is the only person I know that eats a Selkirk Bannock for breakfast. With Manila honey. So prerequisite requirement whenever he stays. He’s up at six and lays breakfast for us all despite nobody eating breakfast :)

Gym MLD and then home to do a million chores that felt like I achieved nothing whilst Dad was over in Glasgow talking at my brother instead!
