Bradnam's Timber Merchant

I needed a wooden post to attach our bird-box-with-a-camera.  I thought if I hide it in the trees a bit I may be able to encourage some birds to nest there. Third time lucky....But, the round ones with spikes in them aren't the right shape, as the back of the bird box is flat, but the square ones didn't have spikes.

So the man at Bradnam's Timber Merchants, cut me a spike on the spot.  No extra charge.  Great service - would heartily recommend.
