What a day

Had a really good night, the cold compression seemed to do the trick.

And then all things went wrong.  I've had two bouts of pain in the morning and afternoon that left me drained.  I hope for a better night.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Painkillers and cold compression
2.  The amazing work my team have done
