Who turned the lights off?

Took a walk at dusk. Photographed a sunny blue sky over a field at 16:48. Four minutes later I took this photograph overlooking the church. Who turned the lights off?

Coughing like a barking dog and chest feeling rough. Glad I took a walk but achieved little else today. Feeling fed up with myself and frustrated. Drinking lots of hot lemon and ginger tea, off my food. Mum called me this evening which cheered me up a bit.
