Sunlight and heron

Backblip
We’ve been away for a few days and I forgot to take my card reader so I took the opportunity to catch up on a few backblips.
This is one of my favourites. With the sun not rising until gone 9 it meant Icoukd get to Ferry Point after the Puffin Pool. It was a beautiful morning. I walked across the bridge and saw this heron fishing at the side of the Peffery River. A merganser, wigeon,mallards and little grebe were also spotted. No kingfisher today though.
We went to David’s afterwards. Richard came too and David cooked us breakfast, rolls with bacon, cheese and a hash brown :)
