No spitting allowed

Bit of a somber day today.
We haven't seen our neighbours who rent the house next door since we got back from holiday on Wednesday although we saw the door ajar and there was a handyman in yesterday.
We know they had split up and were going to be moving on, but weren't sure if one of them was still staying there. Last night we found out that there was indeed someone still there and it's all been to much for him......he left the house for the last time this morning.
