Ring Neck Duck

Nice morning walk at the lake, a very short walk before the rain sent me back to the car. Here is a shot of a Ring Neck Duck who was looking at me expecting food; kids come here to drop seeds to the ducks.

I volunteered in Ellie's class today. I was impressed with the progress the children have made in several reading skills lessons today.   After school, she had a snack, changed her clothes, went to jazz class, and then talked me into taking her out to dinner. Easy Peasy...we like the same things. 

Tonight we had a small amount of snow even though it never got below-freezing temperatures. Tomorrow will still be pleasant but we are expecting a very cold snap starting on Friday.
