Catching up

It was rather damp first thing when I nipped out to pick up a couple of coffees. We declined breakfast at the hotel at a cost of £15 each as we’d arranged to catch up with my bridesmaid Linda and her husband. Grilled bacon and toast went down a treat with a great catch up before we had to leave to meet our son and his wife for a light lunch in Meigle.

An extra surprise was to find Ali’s parents there too so a lovely couple of hours over soup followed by coffee and cake until we had to get back in the car and head home to collect Phin.

Didn’t feel like much for dinner but enjoyed some crackers and cheese later in the evening.
