Ninesprings

Tess was delighted to wake up to discover that I had shared my cold with her but both felt the need for some (decidedly) fresh air so headed to Yeovil for a walk at Ninesprings Country Park.

The freezing temperatures meant that it was remarkably quiet and pleasantly crisp under foot.

Afterwards, we treated ourselves to lunch at the local Wetherspoons.

It was back to Keep Fat for Chris and me tonight. A very gentle post-Christmas session to ease everyone back in!
