Cuckmere Haven

Much too cold for me to go to social tennis so pilates in a nice warm studio instead! R and I had a lovely brisk walk along the Cuckmere to the beach this afternoon - it was bright and sunny but oh was it cold walking back into the NE wind brrr.
Circuits in the gym tonight and work tomorrow morning. 
Blip : chalk and pebbles at the beach. Extras: R standing clear and admiring the white cliffs (1st of the 7 Sisters) and blue sky. Icy wind whipping up the flood water.
