Wintersweet.

Another restless night. All the damp and rain is not agreeing with my arthritis.  A hot shower helped but I  had a lazy day on the sofa only going out to photograph the first bit of blossom on the wintersweet. I've had the plant for years during which it has sulked, never put on any growth, sat there with buds that never opened into leaves or blossom.  Last year I moved it to a different part of the garden as a last resort and now in January it has relented.  They say everything comes to those who wait.
