Galette des Rois

Nice surprise today at the Lausanne office (even if it‘s 3 days after Epiphany) - the Galette des Rois competition took place. Some employees baked a galette at the weekend and everyone in the office was invited to be a judge. There were two prizes to be won: for the most beautiful presentation and the best flavour.
