The new arrival

This is the new baby boy of Elaina and Benedicto Banda from the Lusangazi farm. Baby Banda was born on Saturday night, after Harisen and Charity took the mother to Central Hospital for delivery. The family have asked that their healthy happy baby be named by Mary Coyne!

The name offered for consideration by Mary is Dochás (meaning 'Hope' in Irish) and we have great hope for the future of Lusangazi.
