Wedding bells

Today was the day. Didn't feel nervous really. I guess because it was not a big affair with lots of planning involved. However, what little planning that was involved was not done properly.....

Anyway, down to the courthouse this morning in our stretched limo. Just the 9 of us. Turn up at the appointed time and realise we only booked the appointment to receive a marriage license which meant we could get married by a qualified person within 90 days - which we had not actually booked! So after a few worrying moments we sorted out the problem and they had availability a few min later.

So, did the deeds and am now a married man. Doesn't feel much different at the moment. We have been living together over a year already.

Then off to the reception at a restaurant in la jolla for a very nice meal and more bottles of champagne and back to our place for more champagne and cupcakes! A very good and memorable day!
