Tree menders effort

These tree surgeons were working outside the house for most of the day attending to some of the trees in the original woodland that needed cutting back.

A very cold day; there was even a light flurry of snow when I walked up to the shop this morning for my newspaper.  Not much; enough to make the cobwebs on my garage roof white for a while but that was it.  It certainly feels cold and miserable enough for snow so we'll see what the next few days brings.
