Solstice in Times Square: Athleta Mind Over Madness Yoga
Thousands of yoga enthusiasts come together on the longest day of the year to participate in an all day yoga festival.


This evening the boys joined class with all the New York Yogis thanks to live-stream video. They set up their mats with the laptop in front of them and followed the instructors directions.
There was quite a bit of giggling but they both lasted about 30 minutes, which I thought was good going :)
