CAMELLIA

A very much needed EXCELLENT QiGong session this morning.  My body can tell I haven't done any for a few weeks, so it's good to get back to it.

The frost was only mild this morning and although cold it's not as cold as it was yesterday.  

On popping into the garden I noticed a camellia in bud.  Sadly the frost has got to it a bit but it's still lovely to see some bright colour in the garden.
