Gone Fishing . . . Louis Armstrong & Bing Crosby

Another early start for the fishing team.  They were rewarded with Blue Cod, a Snapper and these two John Dory.  The dory are my top fish.  They cook up very white and are delicate and sweet.  The fillets of one are going to be pan fried then have fresh mixed herbs, butter and white wine added to bubble into a sauce.  The other one has been given to Allen who gives us avocados.
